Personal Training Face to Face
Face-to-face sessions in my private gym, 1 to 1 or 1 to 2 with a friend at a time that suits you. Together we will have discussed your goals at your consultation and a tailor-made program will be designed with these in mind. Sessions once, twice, or three times a week can be accommodated depending on your health and fitness needs.
Along with consideration of physiological factors such as body type and hormones along with lifestyle factors such as work, study, and family. These aspects are all important with any programme design if we want you to be successful in reaching your goals:

Virtual Personal Training
Face-to-face sessions 1-1 from the comfort of your own home, workspace, or hotel room. The choice is yours.
This will rely on having some basic equipment such as dumbbells, steps, resistance bands, and a mat. A free consultation must be carried out initially after completing a Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire. These can be provided as frequently as required

Virtual Group Classes
Virtual group classes at the touch of a button on your iPad or phone. Low & high impact options are given in all classes making them perfect for all abilities and fitness levels. A Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire must be completed prior.
