As a Personal Trainer, I help Women of all ages, sizes, and walks of life. Specialising in: weight loss, Building lean Muscle, developing strength, and toning while helping you feel happier, healthier, fitter, and more confident inside and out of your clothes.

I have first-hand experience of going through the Peri Menopause myself and having studied this I am equipped to help you through this life transition whilst balancing hormonal health with diet and exercise.

Getting in shape is the best investment you will ever make. Eating healthily and exercising should never be a way of punishing your body, instead making these choices because you love your body.

It's not about being on a permanent diet either, instead of switching to an all-around healthier lifestyle and attitude towards food with balance allowing for all the foods you enjoy.

You will be asked some pertinent questions in relation to your health in the form of a 'Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire' This is to ensure you are fit and well to begin a new exercise program.
If there are any conditions you are concerned about, we will discuss this further together with a possible referral back to your GP or specialist for clearance.
